RAM 1500
HALO XL
DOUBLE CAB
The certified HALO rollover structure engineered for the 2018 to 2026 RAM 1500, 2500 Double Cab. A roof-mounted high-strength steel hoop works with internal B-pillar reinforcement plates to distribute rollover loads and keep the occupant survival space intact.

HIGH-STRENGTH STEEL
Geometrically optimized tube structure. Standard powder-coated finish included; weather-resistant e-coating available for harsh mine environments.
DISTRIBUTES LOADS
Spreads rollover force across the vehicle's vertical pillars and roof, drawing on internal B-pillar reinforcement plates.
NO MODIFIED CG
The HALO doesn't affect the center of gravity or fuel efficiency — and adds no reduction in payload capacity, with nothing placed in the load area.
NO OEM INTERFERENCE
No interference with any OEM safety systems. All internal components sit under the vehicle trim — not seen from inside the cabin.

HOW THE HALO WORKS
CHANGING THE ROLLING GEOMETRY
Maintains the roll radius. The patented external roll hoop keeps the vehicle's center of gravity on the major radius, allowing the body to roll smoothly instead of collapsing on the trailing corner.
Distributes roof loads. Force is spread across the roof surface for smooth, even ground loading rather than a single crush point.
Minimizes intrusion. Keeps roof intrusion and speed low at the A and B pillars — protecting the occupant survival space.
